What is the process for submitting a report? What is a postbox and how do I set up one? 

If you wish to submit a report (either by name or anonymously), click the “Submit concern” button at the top of our introduction page.

The reporting process consists of 4 steps:

1. On the first page, you choose the category of your report.
2. On the report page, you can elaborate on your report in your own words and answer questions about the incident by simply selecting responses.  You may also submit a file of up to 10 MB to support your report (preferably as PDF). Please do bear in mind that documents can contain information about the author. 
3. Afterwards, your own secured postbox will be set up. You will receive feedback from us via this postbox, you can answer our questions and you can be informed about the progress of your report.

If you already have a secured postbox, you can access it directly via the “Login” button. Here again, you will have to answer a security query first.

As long as you do not enter any data which allows conclusions to be drawn about your identity, the BKMS® System protects your anonymity by technical means.

Please rest assured that we are interested only in the incident you are reporting. Malpractices shall be revealed and damages prevented.
